FRESH CACAO TASTING: Tasting fresh cacao pulp directly from the pod is one of the most surprising moments of the tour — the white pulp is sweet and tropical, completely unlike chocolate.

CHOCOLATE-MAKING PROCESS: Fermentation, drying, roasting, grinding and tempering explained step by step.
